Our Approach
As a company, our main goal is to generate attainable housing in both market rate and affordable housing projects. We deliver market rate developments that range from 20% to 100% of Average Median Income (AMI) and Affordable Housing developments that range from 20% AMI to 60% AMI that comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. We hope to bring affordability to an underserved population mostly based in the city of Philadelphia. Stonewater Development Group is eager to continue its close relationships within the communities it serves. We strive to connect with the communities we build in to meet the specific needs of each particular district.
In addition to the focus on attainable market rate and affordable housing, we utilize as many environmentally friendly construction materials as possible and try to ensure our projects enhance the quality of life for both tenants and local residents. In every project that we can, we utilize solar energy, and recycled energy efficient materials. We hold the highest levels of standards for our delivered products, process, and work to ensure that all residents are met with the quality housing they deserve.
